Shipping Information
eBBIE Skateboards ships domestically via UPS ground. Shipping costs
are determined at the time of purchase. Orders typically ship 2-3 days
from time of receipt. Tracking information will be emailed to you once
your order ships. If you have a rush order, please contact us directly.
Return Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our products. Our returns are
handled on an individual basis. If you have a problem with any part of
your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to
fix it. If you have an issue concerning a NEW deck, please contact us
BEFORE grip-taping or riding it! Returns are rare and granted only in
the case of a manufacturer’s defect.
International Shipping Information
eBBIE Industries, offer international shipping to most countries through the US
Postal Service. If you are an international customer, Please contact us
directly to handle your order.
Note: eBBIE Skateboards will not cover
import fees, duty taxes, or any other fees incurred for international
shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their postal
provider to find out what type of taxes and fees you may be charged.
Refund Policy
Full refunds will be granted only in the case of a manufacturer’s
defect or approved canceled order. Partial refunds may be given for
canceled or incomplete orders (see Cancellation Policy). To obtain a
